Long time passed since we last updated our web-page.. Technical problems.. Now we’re back again!

Almost two weeks of Spring Master Classes passed..

We’re really happy too see that You really like our Spring Master Classes.. That you are striving for excellence and expanding your borders..  And you do it with us! We promise you that after SMC graduation you’ll be really tired but absolutely happy! And you’ll have a real chance to follow your dreams!

You’ve learnt a lot about leadership and Public Speaking.. And it is only beginning! Time-management, goalsetting, debates, conference, project-management and lots of other interesting things are waiting for you.. And we have two really great surprises for you!

One day I heard a story at Aerostat Radio….

A son came to his father and said: “Dad,  greet me! I’ve entered the University!!”

And the father answered: “Well done! Congratulations! So what next?”

- I’ll graduate from the University with honours, find a good job, marry a beautiful girl, buy a house!

- Excellent! So what next?

- Next?.. We’ll have wonderful kids; job will bring me respect and money; so.. everything will be fine!

- Splendid, my son! So what next?

-  Mmm.. my children will grow up, they’ll have their own kids – and I’ll get old as a  head of a big and united family; I’ll retire surrounded with care and respect..

- That’s great! So what next?

- Father, what else could be next? I’ll die then..

- Awesome! So what next?

…

The son stoped in silence… Than he understood.. took his hat from his head, threw it on the ground and danced a crazy jig on it!

- “Thank You, Father! Without you I could forget what it’s all about!” – the only thing he said..

Google is an amazing service.. I guess in a few years it will learn how to cook dinner for us!)) And clean our shoes! But we are here on SMC in order to learn something by ourselves.. in order to develop our skills and abilities! That’s why I encourage you not to use Google Page Translator.. And try to understand everything by yourself!  Another good idea is to use Lingvo! It really helps!))

SMC presentation held! The NEXT step is..

for your participation in our SMC presentation! Now it’s time for you to decide whether you are ready to follow your dreams with MUNRFE or not.. Exactly 88 persons signed up for interviews, and people are still calling us! That means that you believe us! And we promise that these MC will be productive and efficient for you!

Frankly speaking, It was an extreme pleasure to hear in the bus on my way home a dialogue of a girl besides talking with her friend:

- Hey! You know there is such an organisation called Model United Nations in Vladivostok!

- Model of what???

- Yeah! Model of the United Nations! They have a presentation of Spring Master Classes project “Following the Dreams.. today”.. I wish I could join them.. But my dean..

- It’s a pity..

- You know they speak only English, and study international relations and leadership and other strategies which are not tought in Universities but so useful for us!”

It was something like this.. At this moment I turned around and invited this girl to the interview.. Such a simple thing, but so pleasent and meaningful for us!

Now, getting to business!

SMC Welcoming Letter

All of us have dreams.. Dreams are an essential part of our life. But can you answer me for one question. Are You READY to Get Your Dream Real?

One wise person said: “One way or another but one day maybe only once life gives you a Chance. You can dream of it and wait for. But when it comes.. Be Prepared!”

Now ask yourself a question: Am I Prepared?

For more than 8 years Model United Nations claims that it is striving for personal development of each its member. During this 8 years our organization faced lots of problems, an many of them are still remaining. Today all of us agree that our organization is supposed to be a learning organization. So maybe it is logical to start learning? (

The uniqueness of this project is Following the “First-Born” MUN Dream – never ending improvement, never ending development, never ended strive for excellence. You will see that this document has nothing about a strict schedule of lecture, concrete material, and fixed structure. It is about 3 excellent systems which came to my mind a few days ago in the train. The systems, which I called Euphoria™, PerfoRator™ and StarForge™, cover 3 core areas of MUN activity.

Each member of our club who has a will to be involved in SMC wll be able to receive a full “package” of personal development accordingly to selected tariff. Yes you heard right: if he has a desire each person will grow whether he has abilities or not. Especially it relates to newcomers. This became possible by implementing innovative system N1 StarForge™.

Organization has an opportunity to implement something which is similar to soviet “pyatiletka”. An enormously productive workshop aimed to complete reassessment of MUN ancient knowledge, to modify existing material and create new one, to provide organization the change, we lacked for years. This gives members and newcomers to contribute to organization history today. That is possible due to Euphoria™ system.

And at last but not least anyone has a change to practice and improve himself by making this enormously difficult and complex project real. Doing all that job below will give You a change to perfect yourself. And this is called “PerfeRator™” system.

Model of the United Nations changed vigorously since Mr. Jeffrey Lindstrom returned back home to America. We proved the words of one famous politician of modern world: “This organization may never be perfect, but generation after generation has shown that it can always be perfected.”

A great projects needs great goals.. Lets overview the basiscs of Spring Master Classes..

A. Social Impact

We encourage people to struggle for their dreams. We give people knowledge and training which will help them to achieve their goals. We give people opportunity to apply this knowledge. We set for them a vector for self developing, providing opportunities for further growth. We make them believe in themselves.

B. Personal Growth

We do consider that each person in our club will have an opportunity to self-realize and self-develop during this project, especially newcomers. We approach to provide wide range of activities to provide job diversity, freedom to choose area of development, and maximum effectiveness for this development. We implement innovative systems which will help to grow ALL people involved.  We develop the world through developing ourselves..

C. Organizational Growth

We understand that from this project depends the future of MUNRFE. We presume that this project will take into account mistakes of previous sessions, will response to the lack of innovation and change during previous years. We implement new strategies which would help to increase the effectiveness of the Organization on its thorny path to its primary goal – PPP: People Personal Perfection. And we do it professionally.

D. Providing Graduating Students with Opportunities to develop further

We do not forget that additional goal of this project is encouraging people to proceed developing with our organization. We introducing for them opportunities they will have after joining us. We give them a comprehensive analysis of non-MUN opportunities. We presume freedom of choice. We cast our vision of their future.
